Q: What skill level is required for the workshop?
A: Any level is welcome. Beginners, Amateurs, and Professionals. We work with each person at where they are at. The only requirement is that you know your tools. We won’t be teaching anyone how to use Photoshop for example. So come with the tools you’re familiar with.
Q: Will equipment or supplies be provided?
A: No.
We expect the attendees to bring the supplies they’re familiar using. Whether that’s Digital through use of a laptop and wacom tablet, or Traditional with use of a sketchbook, pens. and pencils. No wet mediums allowed. Access to electrical plugs will be provided.

Q: Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
A: Yes.
But you must let DIW know by sending a message through the Contact page.
Q: Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
A: No.
A digital version works as well.
Q: The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?
A: Yes.
But you will have to send us a message for proof of attendee change on our Contact page.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: You can get a full refund up to a week before the event. After that time, DIW expects you to try and sell your ticket yourself. If you need to do this, we recommend connecting with people through our facebook page.
